Braiins Manager Agent 4.9.0Latest

The Braiins Manager Agent 4.9.0 release brings a range of enhancements and features.

New Features

  • Added initial support for Z9 for Z11.

Improved

  • Install rollbacks no longer silently land on stock firmware. If a rollback target would result in stock NOS, the install fails fast with a clear error rather than proceeding.
  • Scan command deduplication window extended from 10 to 20 minutes. Reduces duplicate execution when the same command is retried within a short window.

Fixed

  • Antminer responses with a stray ,"id":1} suffix from cgminer are now parsed correctly.
  • Fixed Antminer Stock FW configuration actions when sometimes config leads to corrupted config
  • Empty get_miner_conf responses are handled cleanly instead of erroring.

The Braiins Manager Agent 4.8.0 release brings a range of enhancements and features.

New Features

  • On-demand error reporting from BOS+ miners.
  • Immediate polling – triggered actions are reflected sooner, as the agent can poll on demand instead of waiting for the next scheduled cycle.

Improvements

  • Higher command throughput – default concurrency raised to 400 and default per-command timeout lowered to 10s, so large fleets execute batch operations noticeably faster.
  • Smarter detection cache.
  • Clearer compatibility messages – when the agent encounters a miner it can't fully manage, the reason is reported more accurately.
  • Better service-level diagnostics – service start/stop events, panics, and exit codes are now logged through the standard tracing pipeline.

Bugfixes

  • Cooling configuration changes on BOS+ devices are persisted reliably (save-and-apply).
  • Improved invalid credentials handling.
  • Improved Antminer detection.
  • Continuous parsing improvements for Whatsminer and Antminer.
  • Failed command deserialization now returns the original command ID, so the operator side can correlate the failure to a specific request.

  • Fixed a problem where the Agent failed to send miner data due to changes in the Bitmain firmware API.
  • Optimized the polling logic for retrieving miner data.
